Jeff Ferguson, Customized Training Coordinator

Bio:
Jeff has over 11 years of experience working with the Center for Business Excellence within Applied Technology Services. He began as a training specialist consulting for and working with various manufacturing companies helping them improve production processes and management techniques. Jeff is certified by the State of Missouri as Supervisor of Adult Vocational Education. He is an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor. He is also a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Achieve Global (Zenger Miller) interpersonal skills.
Areas of Expertise:
Jeff is available on a daily basis to work with clients and assess the training needed for each individual business. Jeff’s role in the Center for Business Excellence is to find the appropriate person to bring the type of training required for each specific training need. Jeff will work with you to investigate the possibility for grant funding, where applicable, to help offset the costs of training. Some of his areas of expertise include:

Bill has used many of the tools and methodologies found in today’s most profitable and efficient manufacturing companies. Whether you are looking to begin your ISO compliance/certification journey or move forward with a continuous improvement initiative, Bill is eager to meet with you, assess your needs, and develop a successful plan to deliver the training and organization your company needs. Bill brings over 30 years of manufacturing and technical experience to serve your needs.

Jim has over eight years experience working with the Center for Business Excellence within Applied Technology Services. Through his work with the Center for Business Excellence, Jim has built a reputation for delivering top quality training services to organizations throughout the St. Louis area. His engaging style has helped individuals at all levels become active participants in the learning process. He creates an environment that promotes a desire to learn and results in long term retention. Jim is eager to meet with you, assess your needs, and develop a successful plan to deliver the training and organization your company needs. Jim is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and brings over 38 years of manufacturing and technical experience along with four years US Air Force experience as a trainer to serve your needs.

Rita has two years experience working with the Center for Business Excellence within Applied Technology Services. Prior to joining us, Rita was a consultant and trainer of all levels of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Enterprise and Process Improvement. She is Six Sigma certified through General Electric. Rita relies on her experience to offer a full range of customized course offerings, customized training and development, and facilitation services. Rita is eager to meet with you, assess your needs, and develop a successful plan to deliver the training and organization your company needs. Rita is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and brings nearly 20 years of manufacturing and technical experience to serve your needs.
