More advanced instruction in maintenance plumbing, carpentry, and electrical wiring. South. Building Maintenance for Careers Prerequisite: None 360 hours This course is designed to prepare students for entry level positions in general building maintenance in apartment buildings, motels, hotels, office buildings, stores, schools, etc. Students will learn safety, tool usage, preventative maintenance, carpentry, electricity, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, floors and walls, and masonry.
