PN Program Admissions

There are four steps to gain admission into the Applied Technology Services Practical Nursing Program.

Step 1 Financial Aid

Complete your Free Application for Student Financial Aid (FASFA) at www.studentaid.ed.gov Our School Code is: 030686. For assistance, contact our Student Aid Office at (314) 989-7583.

Step 2 Entry Testing

Guarantee a testing spot for the date you want! Register online right now by clicking here.

Register by Mail:

Pre-register for the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) by completing the PN Application (click here for application) and mail it along with a $40.00 money order payable to Applied Technology Services to:

When we receive your application we will contact you to schedule your test date. A study guide is available for purchase from the testing company at atitesting.com.

We currently use TEAS Version 4.0.

Step 3 Complete the Applicant Packet

Upon successful completion of the entry test, you will be given an applicant packet. The completed packet must be turned in 30-days prior to class start. The applicant packet consists of:

• Criminal Background Check - click here for form
• 5-Panel Urine Drug Screen (BJC form provided)
• Professional References (3 forms provided) click here for form
• Health Screening (Including all immunizations) click here for form
• Family Registry (After request is made it will be mailed to you; we will need a copy) click here for form

For all prospective students who are not U.S. Citizens, a copy of residency status will need to be provided to the program coordinator prior to acceptance into the program.

For all prospective students who were educated outside of the U.S., an Application for Evaluation of Foreign Educational Credentials by Educational Credentials Evaluators is required.

All costs for the above are non-refundable.

Step 4 Complete the Interview Process

Your interview will be conducted with the program coordinator and staff. Final class seating is assigned only after all admission paperwork is on file and you have been selected for entrance into the program.
